There is a magic hour during Key West mornings and if I miss it I have to wait until dusk, so I have been heading out at 6:30 am to catch the pre-dawn skies as the island slowly wakes up. It's quiet, and warm, and paintings have been jumping out at me around every corner. I lived happily on Elizabeth Street for a while and am glad to see this corner every morning when I head out.
