I am interested in working with art that engages the unknown and accepts imperfection. Paintings that explore the messy growth that takes over when we stop trying to control everything and the tension that emerges between the familiar and the unfamiliar, the organic and the geometric, the oceanic and the urban. Choices, contradictions and acceptance: acceptance of beauty in all things, in all stages, and the fears and the truths that we live with.
